Beginning in spring 2008 SRA will make a change to its class fee structure that we hope will be useful to everyone involved with the organization. Starting in February the junior class fees (both novice and experienced) will include four all-team local regattas in the class fee. Additionally, the experienced team class fee will include both Brentwood and Junior Regionals fees as well. The four local regattas included in the spring 2008 class fees are:

1. Greenlake Spring Regatta
2. Husky Invite
3. Scrimmage (TBA)
4. Lake Stevens Sculling regatta OR Scrimmage II

This change in payment structure is intended to save parents the hassle of writing multiple checks throughout the season, as well as the burden of remembering what has been paid for. This will also help make the SRA office run more smoothly and efficiently as less time will be spent tracking down missed regatta payments.

In a continuing effort to make registering for an SRA class convenient and flexible, we will now be offering a formal payment plan as an alternative to payment in full. This will allow you to quickly and easily make monthly payments for SRA youth rowing classes at no extra charge.

The types of payment plans offered are explained below:

Payment in Full
All parents/payees have the option of paying the class fee in full by the start date of the session.

Monthly Payments
Our monthly payment plan will allow parents to make four monthly payments, due by the 5th of each month, toward the class fee.

People who wish to use the monthly payment plan must use an online bill-paying service that has an automated bill pay service. Most major banks offer this service free of charge. To use online bill-pay, simply request to add Sammamish Rowing Association as a merchant. Once we have accepted your bank’s request, you will be able to set up a customized automated monthly bill pay for the four months required by our monthly payment plan. We cannot accept monthly payments in any other form than automated online bill pay.

To utilize our payment plan option, please print out an SRA Payment Plan Agreement Form. This form must be submitted along with or before your first payment.
