September 12, 2004. When SRA rower and Board Treasurer Patti Meile decided that she wanted to create a most unusual item for the 2003 auction, she didn't fool around. The item, rowing a quad through the Ballard Locks and back, took place on Sept. 14th without a hitch. The trip included a catered lunch at Discovery Park, courtesy of Bob Cox.
